Hellooooo!!! Welcome welcome!
It is nice to have you here in my own corner of the interwebs. Thank you for coming through – we will make this worth your while.
So who is Kemi? It depends on who is asking 🙂
My unofficial answer goes thus – I am just a happy child who loves life, loves to laugh, loves to dance, loves to travel, loves to stay fit (sometimes), loves work, loves love and loves Jesus.
My official response to the question is this – I am a management consultant by day and a world travel enthusiast and lifestyle blogger by night. Currently, I work as an Associate Partner of one of the leading global management consulting firms (McKinsey & Company) in Nigeria. Prior to joining McKinsey, I worked with Zenith Bank and Ericsson (both in Nigeria) across various roles.
I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Covenant University and an MBA from INSEAD in France (where I was honored to be the selected valedictorian for my class). In case you are curious about where I completed my primary and secondary education, please send me an email 🙂
Outside of work, I am a pioneer Mandela Washington Fellow of President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative, an Associate of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative and a pioneer mentee of the WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service) mentoring program.
I am a member of the Board of Trustees for HOPE (Helping Other People Excel) and I also serve on the board of the Steadfast Love Foundation and Beyond a Curved Spine.
I am a lover of theatre and I actively explore the world through travel. While travelling all over the world on my Nigerian passport, I exceeded my goal of visiting 30 countries by 30 (current country count: 39 countries) and I have plans to conquer more ground. If you want to know more about my travel adventures, lessons learned and other musings, you are in the right place!!!
Of course, I am a social person and you can find me on all major social media platforms – see links below.
